SUPPORT

PSI does not consider customer support to be an additional item stuck to the end of a project. Instead, SUPPORT is an integral part of our ongoing relationship with a customer. Above all else, SUPPORT differentiates PSI from other service providers in the industrial marketplace.

PSI supports our own systems as well as systems programmed and installed by other vendors. The elements of support programs include the following:

  • 24/7 phone and/or onsite support
  • Multiple engineers knowledgeable and available to deal with systems.
  • Remote modem and/or Internet access.
  • SPEEDY RESPONSE

Our customers’ production facilities include high speed, high dollar-value installations. If there are production problems, they need to be addressed immediately.

PSI is headquartered in New Jersey. Our support efforts including around the country and the world (Europe, Asia, South America). We have a program in place to service remote geographic areas with affiliated local integrators.
