DEVICE MANAGEMENT
You can quickly review your manufacturing system
preparedness:
- We have backup programs and configurations of all programmable devices on
the factory floor.
- We periodically verify that the backed up programs and configurations are
accurate.
- We have either a manual or networked change management system in place for
all programmable devices.
- We have procedures and contact information detailing how to restore
functionality to adversely affected equipment.
- We keep backups safely offsite.
