• We have backup programs and configurations of all programmable devices on the factory floor.
• We periodically verify that the backed up programs and configurations are accurate.
• We have either a manual or networked change management system in place for all programmable devices.
• We have procedures and contact information detailing how to restore functionality to adversely affected equipment.
• We keep backups safely offsite.
